Privacy notice.

What we collect, and what we don't. Short version: this site has no advertising trackers, no cookie wall, and no mailing list. If you fill in the contact form, your details are emailed to us so we can reply to you — that's it.

01What we collect

When you send the contact form. We receive exactly the fields you fill in:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your business name and a description of what you do
• Your website address — required, because it is what the free teardown examines
• Which of the three things you are asking for (teardown, fit call, or quote)
• Your timeline selection
• Anything you write in the optional message field

There are no hidden fields collecting anything else. (One invisible field exists purely to catch automated spam bots; if it is filled in, the submission is discarded rather than sent to us.)

When you simply browse the site. We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights. As configured here they record aggregate page views and performance timings rather than individual visitor profiles, and they do not set advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and reliability. We do not run advertising pixels, remarketing tags, session recording, or cross-site tracking.

What is stored on your device. One item, and only if you ask for it: visiting /?dev=1 writes a flag to your browser's local storage that switches analytics off for that browser. Visiting /?dev=0 removes it. Nothing else is written by us. We are describing the tools factually rather than asserting a legal conclusion about consent banners — which regime applies to you depends on where you are, and we would rather state the facts than tell you what the law requires.

Fonts. Typefaces load from Google Fonts and Fontshare. As with any externally hosted asset, those providers receive your IP address and browser details when your browser requests the font files.

02Why we hold it

Contact-form details are used for one purpose: to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to run the project. If you become a client, the same details are used for the agreement, invoicing, and delivery. Analytics data is used to understand which pages are read and whether the site is fast enough.

03Who else processes it

We keep the list of third parties deliberately short. Each is used only for the function described:

• Vercel — hosting, form endpoint, and analytics (United States)
• Resend — delivers the contact-form submission to our inbox as an email (United States)
• Our email provider — stores the resulting message in the info@worldclasssites.com inbox
• Google Fonts and Fontshare — serve the typefaces the site is set in
• PayPal — issues invoices and processes payment, for clients only. Card details go directly to PayPal; we never see or store them.

World Class Sites operates from Israel, so information you send is processed outside the United States and outside the European Union, and the providers above may process it in the United States.

04How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't become projects are kept for up to twenty-four (24) months in our email archive, then deleted. Client records — agreements, invoices, and correspondence — are retained for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Analytics data is aggregated and is not tied to you.

05Your choices

Email info@worldclasssites.com and we will, within thirty (30) days:

• Tell you what we hold about you
• Correct anything inaccurate
• Delete it, unless we are legally required to keep a record (for example, an issued invoice)
• Send you a copy of what you provided

You do not need to give a reason, and we will not ask you to justify the request. Depending on where you live — for example in the EU, the UK, or California — you may have additional statutory rights; we intend to honour those requests the same way regardless of where you are.

06Security

The site is served over HTTPS only, with a strict content-security policy and standard hardening headers. Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection. No system is perfect, and we won't pretend otherwise — but we hold as little as possible, which is the most effective protection available.

Spam controls on the form. To stop automated submissions we briefly hold your IP address in memory to count how many submissions have come from your connection in the last ten minutes, and the form carries a short-lived signed token that lets us reject submissions completed impossibly fast. Neither is stored on disk, neither is used to profile you, and both are discarded within minutes.

07Children

This is a business-to-business service. The site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

08Changes

If this notice changes materially, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Clients with an active engagement will be told directly rather than being expected to re-read the page.
